Each attending Vendor will have an opportunity to introduce themselves at our opening General Session, special recognition's for our sponsoring vendors and an opportunity to mix and mingle with conference participants at the Vendor Social.

 

 The registration fee structure has changed this year and space is limited. This year ACCBO will only be offering one conference - Spring Only!! Please review the below structure and call or email us to reserve your space! Online Registration should be open soon!!  ... But don't wait ...

 

 

  • BASE FEE:   ($800) including table, 2 chairs, power, WIFI, (2) drink tickets each night and an invitation to our Vendor Social. Your company and logo will be promoted in the agenda and you will be introduced at opening session. 
  • BRONZE SPONSOR: Includes base fee package PLUS one of the following:
     - VENDOR BREAK SPONSOR ($1,200) - ONLY THREE AVAILABLE... special recognition will be displayed on signage at vendor breaks; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet attendees. 

    - AV EQUIPMENT SPONSOR ($1,200) - UNLIMITED... special recognition in conference literature; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet attendees. 

  • SILVER SPONSOR: includes base fee package PLUS one of the following:

    BREAKFAST SPONSOR ($2,000) - ONLY TWO AVAILABLE... logo will be prominently displayed during breakfast; vendor is allotted five minutes during breakfast to address attendees; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet attendees. 
    - DRINK TICKET SPONSOR ($2,000) - ONLY FIVE AVAILABLE... logo will be printed on drink tickets used for Monday Vendor Social and Tuesday banquet; each sponsor will receive 20 drink tickets to hand out to attendees each night; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet attendees.

    - ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR ($3,000): ONLY THREE AVAILABLE... Entertainment this year will be music and dancing on Tuesday night following the Banquet. Sponsor logo will be prominently displayed on conference materials as a co-sponsor for the entertainment. Includes three (3) banquet attendees; six (6) drink tickets Tuesday; three (3) drink tickets Monday; Prime location; complete attendee list and and a short speaking opportunity prior to the start of the entertainment. 
    - BANQUET SPONSOR ($3,500) -  ONLY TWO AVAILABLE... Vendor will be allotted five (5) minutes during the banquet to address the group; three (3) banquet attendees; six (6) drink tickets Tuesday; three (3) drink tickets Monday; prime table location; conference attendee list.
    - MOBILE APP SPONSOR ($3,500) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... Will be allotted 5 minutes during the banquet to address the group; three (3) banquet attendees; six (6) drink tickets Tuesday; 3 drink tickets Monday; prime table location; conference attendee list.
    - GIVEAWAY SPONSOR ($5,000) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... Logo on the conference gift given to all attendees at registration; three (3) drink tickets on Monday; prime table location and conference attendee list.

  • TITLE SPONSOR ($6,000) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... Logo prominently displayed on the conference registration website and printed materials. Will be recognized at the opening and general sessions, four (4) banquet attendees; eight (8) drink tickets Tuesday; four (4) drink tickets Monday; prime location; complete list of attendees

*If possible, please pay conference registration by credit card. However, if paying by check, all payments by check must be received by the treasurer no later than April 1.  After April 1, registrations must be paid by credit card.
