Grant is the Director of Procurement & Auxiliary Services at the North Carolina Community College System Office, where he has worked for since February 2022.  Grant has over 25 years of experience in procurement with multiple entities including the Office of State Human Resources, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Department of Transportation, Department of Administration, Division of Purchase and Contract, City of Raleigh, and the Statewide IT Procurement Office.  Grant is a leader in mentoring new procurement professionals with his extensive knowledge of this field and generating new contracts based on cutting-edge goods and services.
